This wheel was factory-installed under OEM part numbers 9596050 and 9596344, and fits the Chevrolet Silverado 1500 (1999-2013), Tahoe (2001-2014), Suburban 1500 (2001-2014), Avalanche 1500 (2003-2013), and Express 1500 (2003-2014).
