Visual Rim Search
When you use our visual rim search feature, the photo you upload is processed by our rim identification system and stored securely for up to 12 months. This allows us to improve search quality and train our internal systems to recognize more rim types.
We never use these photos for any purpose other than rim identification and service improvement. No personal information is associated with uploaded photos, and any location data embedded in the photo is removed before storage.
Your IP address is hashed (not stored in plain text) alongside each search for rate-limiting purposes. We do not link searches to identified individuals.

Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery Time
Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location. Wheels are heavy items and are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit.
Shipping Carriers
We ship via FedEx, UPS, or USPS depending on the size and weight of your order. Tracking information is provided via email once your order ships.
Alaska, Hawaii & Territories
We do ship to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional shipping charges may apply for these locations. Please contact us for a shipping quote before ordering.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders must be shipped to a U.S. address.
Damaged Shipments
If your wheel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
30-Day Return Window
You may return any wheel within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the wheel has not been mounted, installed, or damaged after receipt.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the wheel must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Not mounted, installed, or had tires fitted
- In original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging)
- Free of any damage not present at time of delivery
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us through our contact form with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error (wrong wheel sent, damage during shipping, or item not as described).
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned wheel. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Exchanges
If you need a different wheel, we recommend returning the original wheel for a refund and placing a new order. This ensures the fastest processing time.

By accessing and using AllOEMRims.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.
Products
All wheels sold on AllOEMRims.com are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) wheels. We make every effort to accurately describe and photograph each wheel. Minor variations in color may occur due to monitor differences and lighting conditions.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, which will be calculated at checkout where required by law.
Order Acceptance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.
Fitment Responsibility
While we provide fitment information for each wheel, it is the buyer's responsibility to verify that the wheel is compatible with their specific vehicle before purchasing. If you are unsure about fitment, please contact us before ordering.
Limitation of Liability
AllOEMRims shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
